Our services

We provide professional photography, meticulous descriptions on platforms like Airbnb, and an up-to-date calendar. Additionally, there is the option to advertise on other channels such as Home Away, Booking.com, Wimdu, and Flipkey. Occupancy rates increase with advertising on multiple channels.

Screening

We ensure that Airbnb-verified tenants are carefully screened. We only welcome guests who treat your home with care and do not cause any disturbances. During the screening process, we consider factors such as previous reviews, the purpose of the trip, and the composition of the group.

Check-in and out

We give your tenants a warm welcome with a matching welcome package and ensure that your home is tidy and spotless after the rental period.

Clean Bedding

We use our own duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases, allowing your own linens to stay in the closet, and we can easily replace them if needed. We provide bath towels for each guest and a kitchen towel.

Receptie service

Our experienced hosts welcome your guests and make them feel at home from minute one. In case of emergencies, we are available 24/7 for you and your guests.

Professional cleaning

After each check-out, our cleaners ensure a clean home.

Pricing

With the all-in-one rental service, we take care of everything for you. So, you can travel with peace of mind. We ensure that you receive the profit monthly in your bank account.

For the all-in-one rental service, we charge 25% of the rental income, including VAT. Cleaning costs are passed on to your guests and are separately itemized on the invoice.
