Only emergencies (such as fire, water damage, burglary, storm damage, etc.) should be reported by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the phone number known to you.

For highly urgent malfunctions that cannot be postponed under any circumstances, we are available by phone in the morning between 08:30 and 11:00 at +31850602488.

All repair requests and non-urgent issues must be reported in writing using the form below.

To avoid disappointment, please note that not every repair request is the responsibility of your landlord. First check the list of items that are at your own expense before submitting your repair request.
